Walk-in Interview Calendar

Browse today, tomorrow, upcoming and closed interviews. Filter by location, category or application route.

Dates and session status use UAE time (Asia/Dubai). “Source linked” and a check date identify the evidence behind a listing; they do not guarantee that an employer is still interviewing. Closed events are retained as an archive. Always check the original announcement before travelling.

Use reliable job information

Walk Interview Jobs publishes employer, role, location and application information to help job seekers compare opportunities. Listings are informational; we are not the recruiting employer. Confirm availability, venue and requirements with the employer before travelling or sharing documents.

Never pay to attend

We do not charge job seekers to view listings or attend interviews. Treat requests for guaranteed employment, paid offer letters or unexplained processing fees with caution.

Before you apply

  • Check the job title and eligibility requirements.
  • Confirm the date, time and venue directly with the employer.
  • Follow the employer’s original application instructions.
  • Report an outdated listing through our contact page.

Common questions

How do I find walk-in interviews for today?

Choose “Interviews today” in the filters. Listings appear according to their stated interview dates in UAE time. Confirm details with the employer before travelling.

Are all vacancies walk-in interviews?

No. Each listing is identified as a walk-in interview or an online application. Do not visit an employer for an online vacancy unless they invite you.

Can freshers apply?

Eligibility depends on the role. Review the experience and qualification requirements in the listing and confirm any questions with the employer.

Does Walk Interview Jobs charge applicants?

No. Viewing listings and attending an interview should not require payment to Walk Interview Jobs.

Stay informed. Stay safe.

Verify employers before sharing documents, and be cautious about requests for money.

Plan a walk-in interview with reliable information

A useful vacancy page should help you decide whether to attend, what to prepare and which details still need confirmation. Our interview calendar separates dated events from repeating schedules and from historical announcements. That distinction matters: an old recruitment poster can still appear in search results even after its advertised session has finished.

What Today, Tomorrow and Upcoming mean

Today contains published events whose stated date includes the current UAE day. When an announcement gives a clear end time, a completed final session moves into Closed. Tomorrow contains events scheduled for the next UAE calendar day; Upcoming contains later dated events. A multi-day event remains current until its final advertised date. Where the source does not establish an exact session end, the date stays current until the day ends, and you should contact the employer to confirm whether interviews are still taking place.

These labels are calculated from the announced schedule, not from a fresh phone call to every company. They also cannot detect an employer cancelling an event without a published update. Treat an active date as a planning aid and use the source link to make your final attendance decision.

Recurring interviews need a separate check

A notice saying Monday to Saturday or “until further notice” describes a repeating arrangement. It does not mean there is a new confirmed interview every day indefinitely. Recurring schedules therefore appear in their own section. Check the permitted weekday, the office hours, the roles still being recruited and any registration instruction before each visit. A title mentioning a single Tuesday is a dated event, not evidence of a weekly interview.

What a checked source tells you

Each available source link leads to the announcement or recruitment information used for that listing. A last-checked date indicates when the stored information was reviewed. Some sources are employer pages; others are recruitment announcements reporting an employer event. The original job page explains the source and any uncertainty. We do not label every linked announcement as independently confirmed by the employer, and we do not promise employment, salary, visa sponsorship or selection.

Prepare a practical document pack

Read the role requirements before printing documents. Keep a short CV that clearly states your relevant experience, contact number and current location. Add copies of qualifications, licences or experience evidence only when the employer requests them. Do not invent experience to meet a requirement. Where a listing does not specify a document checklist, confirm it with the employer instead of assuming that passport or visa copies are compulsory.

Keep your original identity documents secure. Share personal information through the employer’s verified channel and be cautious if someone asks for banking details or payment to guarantee a job. Our job scam guide explains how to check an invitation, and the free CV builder helps you organise a printable CV.

Check the venue and time before travelling

A map search helps locate the advertised address, but it cannot confirm an office entrance, floor number or that the event is still running. Compare the map with the original announcement. Plan for transport, arrival time and the last interview session. If the notice says timings will be emailed after registration, register through the official route and wait for the instructions before visiting.

How to use the closed archive

Past & Expired listings stay visible for transparency and research. Their cards clearly say Closed and link to archived details. A passed interview date tells you that that advertised event is over; it does not prove every position in the company has been filled. If you are interested in the same employer, look for a newly dated announcement or its current careers page. Do not reuse an old poster as proof of an upcoming interview.

A simple attendance checklist

  1. Match your experience and qualifications to a specific advertised role.
  2. Open the source and confirm the date, final session time and any registration requirement.
  3. Prepare the requested CV and evidence, keeping original documents secure.
  4. Confirm the exact venue and plan your route.
  5. Prepare a short introduction and examples of relevant work.
  6. After the interview, follow the employer’s stated process and keep a record of the application.

Use our walk-in interview checklist and interview question guide for more preparation. If you spot an incorrect date or changed venue, report the listing with its title, link and source. Please do not send identity documents with a correction.

Online applications are a different route

Some UAE vacancies and all calls in our Malta public-service directory require an online application. An application deadline is not an invitation to visit an office. Check eligibility and submit through the official portal. The Malta application guide explains how to prepare supporting documents and read each call’s conditions.
